Xülasə
Yüklədiyiniz sizin olaraq qalır və onu paylaşmaq hüququnuzun olmasına siz cavabdehsiniz. Pulsuz linklər 7 gün qüvvədədir; ödənişli planlar abunəlik davam etdikcə onları saxlayır. Yükləmələri yoxlayırıq və qaydaları pozan məzmunu silə bilərik; təsdiqlənmiş pozuntu yükləməni dayandırır. Moderasiya bir linki onun üçün abunə olduğunuzdan qısa müddət sonra silərsə, ödəniş alınmır. Xidmət olduğu kimi təqdim olunur. Sinqapur qanunları tətbiq olunur.
Terms of service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Put It Online (putit.online), including its website, API and MCP server. Put It Online is operated from Singapore. By uploading, creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.
1. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give Put It Online permission to store, scan, and serve it to people who have the link, for as long as the link is online. You're responsible for having the right to share it.
2. Rules
Follow the acceptable use policy. We may remove content or hold it for review, with or without notice. A single confirmed violation suspends uploading for good: one removal by our team or one automatic block for malware, known-bad files, phishing or child sexual abuse material suspends your account, browser and network from uploading. If you think we made a mistake, email abuse@putit.online and a person will review it.
3. Free links and plans
Free links stay live for 7 days. Files of expired links are deleted up to 30 days later. Paid plans keep a set number of links permanently while your subscription is active. If you downgrade or cancel, links beyond your new limit revert to 7-day links. Some uploads can only be published on a paid plan; we tell you when that applies before you pay. Publishing is always subject to our safety checks: subscribing does not skip them, and content that fails them or breaks our rules is not published or is removed.
4. Billing, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions. Paid plans (Starter $5 a month, Pro $15 a month, in US dollars) are monthly subscriptions, paid in advance and renewed automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment and refund. Card payments aren't switched on yet: until they are, checking out records your choice of plan and gives you the plan without collecting a card. You won't be charged unless you later enter your card details on a Stripe checkout page.
Changing plans. You can switch between Starter and Pro at any time from Manage billing on your dashboard. The change applies straight away and the price difference for the rest of the month is charged or credited on your next invoice.
Cancelling. Cancel any time from Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for and aren't charged again; then your account moves to Free and links beyond the Free limit become 7-day links. We don't refund the unused part of a month, except as set out below or where the law requires it.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and lets you update your card; your plan stays active meanwhile. If the payment still can't be collected, the subscription ends and your account moves to Free.
Refund if your link is removed by moderation shortly after paying: if we remove a link by moderation within 14 days of your subscribing, or a link you subscribed specifically to publish or keep, we cancel that subscription and you aren't charged for it (or are refunded the payment in full, to the card you paid with). If you've already put the plan to other use since paying (another live link uploaded since then, or a password-protected link), the subscription stays and you can cancel any time or ask us about a refund. Removed links can be appealed at abuse@putit.online.
Questions and other refund requests. Reply to your payment receipt and a person will answer. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: we can usually sort it out faster.
5. Safety scanning and law enforcement
We scan uploads automatically and use third-party services to do it (see the privacy policy). When the law requires, we preserve content and report it to the authorities, for example child sexual abuse material to NCMEC.
6. Your privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
7. No warranty, limited liability
Put It Online is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of important files. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; material changes for subscribers are announced by email.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
